Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of Neoku. Covers what we build, what we charge, what happens if we miss our targets, and the limits of our liability.
Privacy Policy
What data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to delete it. Short version: we never sell, never train on your data, never share except with the providers strictly necessary to run Neoku.
Performance credit guarantee
If a Neoku agent delivers a response that materially harms a customer interaction, that month is credited free. Claims are verified against the conversation transcript. Full terms, including the 30-day claim window and what counts as “material” harm, live in the Terms of Service.
Data Processing Agreement
For business customers: when we operate AI agents on your behalf, we act as a data processor under common data-protection frameworks (GDPR, CCPA). You remain the data controller for your customer information. We process your customers’ messages only to deliver the automated response service you purchased.
If your business or compliance team requires a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA), email hello@neoku.site and we’ll send one within 5 business days.
Cookie Policy
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that follow you around the web. You can clear it at any time from your browser’s settings.
Refund policy
Subscriptions are monthly recurring and non-refundable for partial months, unused service, or change of mind. Cancel at any time and your access ends at the close of the current billing period. The exception is the performance credit described above and the “Live in 7 days” commitment, where a missed go-live earns you the first month free.
