TERMS OF SERVICE
The service
Neoku is an advisory subscription. You get written access to people with AI engineering experience: you send us what you’re building and where it’s failing, and we answer, normally within one business day.
We do not build, operate, host, or run anything on your behalf as part of this subscription, and we do not find you customers or market on your behalf. What you receive is information and guidance. Implementing it, and everything that follows from implementing it, is yours.
Legal entity
Neoku is operated by OpaqueLLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References to “Neoku”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to this entity.
No outcome guarantee
Neoku provides advice and information. We do not guarantee any business outcome, revenue, customer, or result of any kind, and nobody here is authorised to promise one. What you build with what we tell you, whether it works, and whether anyone pays you for it, are outside our control and are not warranted.
We are not your lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser, and nothing we send you is legal, tax, or investment advice.
Third-party tools
We may suggest or discuss third-party platforms and APIs. We don’t control them, we aren’t responsible for their pricing, availability or policy changes, and you are responsible for complying with their terms in whatever you build. We do not connect to your accounts or act on your behalf.
Intellectual property
The Neoku platform, including its software and system prompts, is our intellectual property. Whatever you go on to build using the guidance we give you is yours, and we claim no rights over it or over anything you send us.
Payment
- Subscriptions are monthly recurring, charged in advance via Stripe.
- You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months, unused service, or change of mind.
Your data
You own your data. Everything you send us stays yours, and we never train models on it. You can request export at any time. On cancellation we delete your data within 30 days of a written request to hello@neoku.site. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Neoku to:
- Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages.
- Impersonate another business or individual without authorization.
- Process content that is illegal, infringes a third party’s rights, or violates the terms of any platform we integrate with (Google, Meta, Stripe, etc.).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for any violation of this section, with no refund.
Termination
We may terminate the service for cause (acceptable-use violation, chargeback abuse, prolonged non-payment) at any time. We may also discontinue Neoku as a product with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period. You may cancel at any time per the Payment section above.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Neoku’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
