PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect

When you use Neoku we collect only what we need to run your AI agents and stay in touch with you:

  • Account email, provided when you sign in via Google OAuth.
  • Consultation conversations, every message you exchange with Neoku. Stored so we can pick the conversation back up and so we have a record of what we agreed to build.
  • Business information you share, anything you tell us about your workflows, tools, customer interactions, and pain points during the consult. We use this only to design and operate your agents.
  • Billing information, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.

Data processing

When we operate AI agents on your behalf, we act as a data processor for your business. You remain the data controller for your customer information. We process your customers’ messages only to deliver the automated response service you have purchased.

We use the following third-party services to operate Neoku. Each has their own privacy policy:

Children’s privacy

Neoku is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will notify active subscribers by email of any material changes with at least 14 days notice.

How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to build, operate, and improve the AI agents we run for your business. That includes connecting to the tools you authorize, sending emails on your behalf where you asked us to, and producing the workflow blueprint you reviewed before paying.

What we never do

  • We never sell your data. Not to ad networks, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
  • We never train AI models on your data. Your conversations and business information are not used to fine-tune or train any model, ours, OpenAI’s, Anthropic’s, or anyone else’s.
  • We never share with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to run Neoku (Supabase for storage, Stripe for billing, Anthropic for the consultant model, Resend for transactional email). Each is bound by their own data processing terms.

Google OAuth data

We use Google OAuth purely for authentication. We request the minimum scopes needed to identify you (email + profile name). We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service unless you separately authorize a specific integration during onboarding.

Cookies

Minimal and session-only. We use a single authentication cookie so you stay signed in. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies that follow you around the web.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@neoku.site. Within 30 days of receipt we delete all conversation history, business information, and account records associated with your email. Stripe billing records are retained per their tax/compliance obligations and are not under our control.
